Production- 1st and 2nd Shift Assembly

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Assemblers connect parts into more complex components. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands, machines, or power air tools to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity with the ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, and blue prints etc. and follow them with precision. The goal is to produce a quality end product. Assembly is one of the final stages before our product is shipped to our customers, so attention to detail is required to be successful at this position.

Minimum Requirements

  1. High school diploma or GED; Higher degree from a technical school will be appreciated.
  2. The ability to work regular schedules set forth by the Supervision team.
  3. Must be able to sit, squat, stand, bend, twist, use repetitive hand movements.
  4. Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  5. Exposure to fiberglass.

Skills Required

  1. Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings, engineer grade tape measures (includes decimals) etc.
  2. Ability to use tools such as power air tools, clamps, etc.
  3. Good understanding of quality control principles.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
